Meet Annie
Annie Jacobsen, from Richmond, Virginia, studied glass arts at Virginia Commonwealth University and had her first solo show at the Chrysler Museum Glass Studio. After a scholarship to Penland School of Crafts, she fell in love with Asheville, North Carolina, and has been a full-time glass artist since 2019. In 2021, she launched "Her Glassworks" to connect with women in the glass community, working at the eco-friendly Jackson County Green Energy Park and in her home studio.
